Dr. Curtis Chastain is a leading expert in men’s health and executive wellness, focused on helping professionals optimize long-term health and performance. A Baton Rouge native, he earned his undergraduate degree from LSU in 1983, his medical degree from LSU Medical Center in 1987, and his Internal Medicine Board Specialty from Ochsner Foundation Hospital in 1990. Since 1993, Dr. Chastain has served at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, where he is Medical Director of Lake Men’s Health. He also leads the OLOL Executive Wellness Program, delivering advanced, preventive health evaluations for high-achieving professionals. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Chastain serves on the OLOL Board of Directors and is passionate about proactive, personalized medicine that empowers patients to take control of their health.
