Melissa Terito

Originally from Baton Rouge, Melissa Terito earned a BS in Secondary Education from LSU in 2005. After teaching high school math for four years, she transitioned into accounting, joining Faulk & Winkler as an intern in their pension division. She became a CPA in 2012 and was promoted to Partner in 2016, overseeing more than 250 retirement plans with over $850 million in assets. She also founded the podcast Louisiana Ladies and delivers popular talks like Boundaries in the Workplace and Lighting Up Your Inner Leader. She serves on boards including b1Bank Foundation and St. Joseph’s Academy Foundation, is co-chair of the WiPN Arklamiss Chapter.
