Pete P. Costa

Former NYSE Governor & President, Empire Executions, Inc. With a distinguished career on Wall Street, Peter Costa has served as a Governor of the New York Stock Exchange, leading the development of market policies and frameworks. He also spent 27 years as Managing Director at Francis P. Maglio & Co. and co-founded Empire Executions, Inc., a boutique trading firm on the NYSE floor, where he served as President. A regular commentator in financial media, Pete has shared his insights on CNBC’s Closing Bell, Mornings with Maria, and other shows, helping listeners understand market volatility and financial policy trends. He holds a B.S. in Forestry from the University of Tennessee, and continues to work advising family offices, trading and execution strategy, while also contributing to academic and advisory boards.
