Scott Rainwater

Grew up in Winnsboro, Louisiana, and earned a B.S. in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Louisiana Tech under a golf scholarship, then a J.D. from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2006. He is a partner at Taylor, Wellons, Politz & Duhe, specializing in litigation, including transportation, premises liability, construction, and business disputes, and has secured numerous defense verdicts. Scott is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2016-2021 as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state.
