Steve Mellor is a British-born high-performance executive coach based in Baton Rouge, founder of GrowthReady where he helps leaders & teams align professional and personal performance. He’s a former world-ranked competitive swimmer and LSU Associate Head Coach in swimming, having coached Olympian Brooks Curry among others. Mellor is also author of Shock the World! A Competitor’s Guide to Realizing Your Potential, and hosts the GrowthReady Podcast. He holds an ICF PCC certification and frequently delivers keynotes & workshops on culture, mindset, and growth readiness for high-stakes environments.
