As the founder of GrowthReady, he helps leaders & teams execute the behavioral standards required to elevate professional and personal performance. As a former world-ranked competitive swimmer and Olympic and LSU swim coach, Steve utilizes concepts that helped athletes win Olympic gold in his approach to partnering with organizations today. Mellor is also author of Shock the World! A Competitor’s Guide to Realizing Your Potential, and hosts the GrowthReady Podcast.
